Governor Victor Atiyeh stands with a member of the Keidanren Delegation of the Japan Federation of Economic Organizations. Atiyeh presented the delegation with a medal during a Governor's Banquet in Portland, Oregon. The delegate is Hidesaburo Shoda, the Director and Honorary Chairman of Nisshin Seifun Milling Company, Ltd. in Tokyo; he was also the father of Empress Michiko.
