Atiyeh and Dave Griggs with a plaque honoring the Challenger crew

In the Governor's Ceremonial Office in front of Governor Atiyeh's custom Oregon State Seal, Victor Atiyeh and NASA astronaut Dave Griggs hold a plaque commemorating the seven crew members lost in the Challenger space shuttle disaster. The plaque contains a U.S. flag and an Oregon flag that were aboard the Challenger.
