'Industrial Revenue Bond Regulations' memo to Gov. Atiyeh

A memo prepared by Gerry Thompson reporting to Governor Atiyeh on July 22, 1983. In response to the new Temporary Federal Tax Law, Gerry advises Governor Atiyeh to designate a State Treasurer or approve the bond issues. The Department of Energy, Executive Department, and the Economic Development Department are all in favor of proposed recommendations. This is one document from a binder containing selected daily reports to the Governor, which was compiled by Gerry Thompson.
