In typed notes about the image, Les AuCoin writes: "Campaign bus, my first race for the Oregon House. We rigged up our family VW bus in 1970 to push for my election. In this picture, I am posed in downtown Hillsboro." This is one of a collection of digitized objects from the Les AuCoin Papers (MS.147) at the Pacific University Archives. The original photo remains with the AuCoin family.
