Testimony by Congressman Les AuCoin on Bill to Restore Federal Recognition to the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde

Typed testimony of Representative Les AuCoin before the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs on October 18th, 1983. The testimony was in support of a bill to restore federal recognition to the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde after the U.S. Congress terminated their federal status in 1954.
