Joint Resolution limiting funding for Space Defense System

Copy of the Joint Resolution preventing funding for tests of the anti-satellite weapons in space until the Soviet Union performs a similar test in space. The resolution is signed by President Ronald Reagan and approved on December 19th, 1985.
