A statement by U.S. Congressman Les AuCoin for the Extension of Remarks section of the Congressional Record. In the statement, which was in response to the Office of Management and Budget's proposed budget, Congressman AuCoin expressed his disagreement with proposed budget cuts to the U.S. Forest Service.
