In a letter to a congressional colleague, U.S. Congressman Les AuCoin advocated for the Federal Assistance Paperwork and Regulation Reduction Act (H.R. 4504). Congressman AuCoin explained how the bill aimed to initiate "a variety of new procedures to streamline and simplify federal grant programs."
