Description
A statement by U.S. Congressman Les AuCoin given at the hearings of the National Export Policy Act of 1980 (H.R. 7479), before the Subcommittee on Trade of the Committee on Ways and Means. In his statement, U.S. Congressman AuCoin advocated for H.R. 7479, which he sponsored, and explained how it was "designed to establish an aggressive national export policy and promote U.S. exports."
