House consideration on the 1993 federal budget and a peace dividend video recording

A video featuring US House of Representatives consideration footage on the 1993 federal budget, including a "Walls Down" bill, an initiative seemingly led by Congressman John Conyers, Jr. of Michigan, which aimed to add more highway, housing, mass transit, airport improvement, and Social Security jobs to the federal budget than proposed by President H.
