Special order house floor speech on B-2 bomber funding video recording

A video of a special order US House of Representatives floor speech by Congressman Les AuCoin calling for the end to funding for the B-2 Stealth Bomber program. The speech was given sometime in the years leading up to the fall of the Soviet Union, between 1989-1991.

This is a digitized version of an analog videorecording from the Les AuCoin Papers (MS.147) at the Pacific University Archives. AuCoin served in the Oregon House of Representatives (1971-1975) and in the United States House of Representatives from Oregon's 1st District (1975-1993).
