Description

The twelfth annual Inter-Collegiate Oratorical Association's contest program. It was held at Pacific University on March 11th, 1904. The University of Oregon, Oregon Agricultural College, Willamette University, Albany College and Oregon State Normal School were all present. Richard Frank Peters of Pacific University secured the victory with his oration of The German Patriot. It was the second time in three years that Pacific University won the contest. This program appears in a scrapbook compiled by Frances B. Clapp, a 1908 Pacific University graduate.
