Dear Bro: -

Mr. [Bowlton?] founded your letter to me. I have called on the R.R. officials, & they state that they will sell you and your family tickets to Omaha at the rate of 870. Currency, for each adult. Children under 12, for half that sum. They will also give you a letter to Mr. Superintendant at Omaha so that you can get return tickets from there to S.F., where you come [harth?], of the same rates.

They, however, wish to know about the time when you wish to start, & there may [?] give an order on their ticket agent of S.F. to let you have tickets and the obituaries. Please write me again if you wish tickets and when.

Hoping that you will be able to go East, a trip which you have so well earned. [?] it will be a means of rest & refreshing to you & your wife, & of [?] advantage to your soul.

I am [?] Yours,
J.E. Dinwell
