Cans fill the shelves, but the focus of the picture is a woman dressed as 'Aunt Jemima' to promote her ready-made pancake and buckwheat corn and wheat flour mixes. Jars of coffee grounds and pet milk fill in the end of the display. Museum records identify the location as the Fairway Grocery Store in Hillsboro.
