[Suppressed: duplicate record] Portrait of an unidentified Native American girl. She probably attended Chemawa School and/or the Indian Training School at Forest Grove, or was the daughter of one of their graduates. The portrait was taken on January 26, 1887, after the Indian School had moved to Salem. This may be the same girl who is depicted in another image in the collection, PUApic_008385
