Forest Grove National Bank, flooded
Title
Forest Grove National Bank, flooded
Description
A three story corner building faces a flooded street on two sides. The building is stone, with contrasting layers of brick. The water appears to stop at sidewalk level, and the street and other buildings rise out of the water to the right of the image. People in dark clothing gather at the sidewalk just above the bank building. The building's first floor has recessed doors in the main corner and left corners, topped with oval cornices. A sidewalk is barely visible, and gas streetlights with three globes each stand opposite each other on the two angles of the corner. A fire hydrant and the beginning of a sidewalk are visible in the foreground of the image. See WCMpic_000157ad.jpg for close up image.
