Old McKinney Livery being torn down

Title

Old McKinney Livery being torn down

Description

Black and white photograph of a partially destroyed building on a street corner. The lower floor has lost its front wall and the upper roof and false front have been removed. Debris litters the sidewalk around the building, and the back wall appears to be caving in. Painted on the building is the following: 'Cars Washed and Polished. Used Cars bought and Sold. Nash. Used Car Exchange.' A single antique car with a closed cab and exposed engine is parked along the curb in front of the building. The streets appear to be paved, and a woman in a knee-length dress and dark pump shoes crosses the street, walking over rail lines embedded in the street. A man in overalls and a straw hat stands at the street corner, looking toward the photographer.
