Unidentified bridal couple
Title
Unidentified bridal couple
Description
Black and white image of a couple. The woman wears a long white dress with a train, a lace yoke and long sleeves. A veil is gathered at the back of her head and falls most of the way down her back, and she holds a bouquet of flowers in one ham. The groom wears a sailor's service dress blue uniform. The ribbons on his uniform cannot be clearly identified, though it may indicate service in the Asia-Pacific theater, and he wears an unaccompanied eagle on his sleeve. This image is part of the Herbert E. McMullen bequest. McMullen was a local photographer; he owned Hillsboro Studio and also collected photographs taken in the area by other photographers.
