Photograph of the farm where Clark Brown lived from 1808 to 1815. Brown was an Episcopal minister and the husband of Tabitha Brown, a pioneer who helped to found Tualatin Academy. He died in 1817.
Home of Clark Brown,; Swanzey, N. H., 1808-15.; This property is still known as the Clark Brown farm, 1930.; The porch, of course, is modern.
